THE PROGRAM

This 8-week course is designed to guide women through a supportive experience designed to help them better understand what is happening in their bodies and what they can do about it. This is a place where you can learn, be supported, and connect with other women who truly get it.
Together, we explore the changes that happen during this stage of life and how things like hormones, stress, nutrition, sleep, movement, mindset, and self care all work together. You will begin to see that when you support your body in the right ways, you can also begin to feel more emotionally balanced, mentally clear, and physically energized.
One of the most powerful parts of this program is that you do not have to go through this alone. There is something so healing about being in community with other women who understand what you are experiencing. You will be encouraged, supported, and reminded that this season of life can be one of renewal, not just struggle.
